Chief Executive Officer

Ricardo obtained a Masters degree in Business Economics as well as an Executive Master in Accounting, Auditing and Control at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam.

He is a Dutch registered Certified Public Accountant, having started out his career at Deloitte in Rotterdam, primarily focusing on audits of large multi-national companies in a myriad of industries including pharmaceuticals, real estate, and commodity asset and trading companies.

After holding several positions at Deloitte, Ricardo joined Metalcorp Group, initially as the financial controller but was soon promoted to the Global Chief Financial Officer, a position that he held successfully for over seven years.

Thereafter he started his own consulting business with a focus on commodity trading which led to him joining DL Hudson as a consultant in 2021. He was also tasked with being the Managing Director of DL Hudson Germany GmbH.

In the summer of 2022, The Board of Directors at Rektron promoted Ricardo to be the Global Chief Executive Officer for Rektron Group overseeing the financial posturing of all Group companies.

Ricardo is an avid Basketball fan and commutes between London and Amsterdam.

Chief Operating Officer

Moises (“Moi”) has an expansive resume from trading Fixed Income, Foreign Currency, and Commodities at some of the most respected Wall Street financial institutions.

He started his career at JP Morgan’s Corporate High Yield desk in New York on the High Yield Bond issuances and leveraged loan syndication desk, engaging with some of the largest corporates in the United States. Moi was instrumental in working on the operations and settlements of these securities.

His adroitness was unstoppable, and he was subsequently recruited by Goldman Sachs’ Commodity Trading platform in Princeton, New Jersey. At Goldman Sachs, Moi was involved in the operations and assessing the exposure of the firm, understanding the physical flows of the clients the firm financed. He then continued his career development at Citi, initially covering Latin American clients and later taking responsibility for both Latin America and Citi’s European client coverage based out of London.

Moi is fluent in Spanish, French and manages well in communicating in Italian. He is an avid foodie and well known for his appetizing fresh pizzas.

Chief Financial Officer

Manny is a Certified Professional Accountant, and Chartered Accountant (CPA, CA) with over 25 years of extensive experience working in the industry. He started his career at KPMG and served in the technology and automotive practice before leaving to join AT&T.

His experience includes serving as COO of First Global Data Corp and CFO at AT&T Solutions Canada. He has served as an executive and director at numerous private and public companies over the years and has founded three companies and successfully exited. He brings extensive experience in technology, fintech and Greentech and has served on numerous non-profit boards over the last 25 years.

Independent Director

Michael’s extensive drive for entrepreneurship and business started with his experience at Kwantlen Polytechnic University in Business Administration and Management. With a wealth of experience in the financial industry Michael has played pivotal roles that have defined his career. As a former CIBC IIROC licensed financial advisor, he brought expertise and insight to the world of financial planning, ensuring the success of countless clients.

His journey extends beyond traditional financial advising; Michael’s time as a senior analyst for a private equity company showcases his ability to make shrewd investment decisions and identify valuable opportunities in the market.

Not limited to the private sector, Michael’s leadership extends to the public domain. His tenure as the acting CEO of several public companies exemplifies his adaptability to navigate complex corporate landscapes, ultimately driving these companies towards their objectives.

Independent Director

Trevor has earned the title of an accredited Chartered Wealth Manager, backed by his accreditation from the prestigious Chartered Institute for Securities and Investments.

His career includes a role as a former Director at J. Safra Sarasin International Private Bank. During his tenure, he played a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape, providing his expertise to high-net-wroth clients and delivering tailored solutions.

Currently, Trevor is a partner at GSB, a renowned wealth management company. His extensive experience and unwavering commitments to the field of wealth management make him an invaluable member of our team.
